- General information: the processing of short-stay visa requests for France is now handled by the VFS Centre, located at 3 Marxistskaia St. Requests from individuals are dealt with from Monday to Friday 9:00-4:00 by appointment made on the VFS Centre internet site at www.francevac-ru.com or the call centre on (495) 784 71 47. The processing time before delivery is five working days maximum.
